My New Thing...FREEZE IT! My husband refuses to get rid of a fridge that used to be in the kitchen...now taking up space in the garage. So, I decided to break down and use it to my advantage. So if there is a sale on chicken, I buy extra and put it in the extra fridge. Made too much chilli, put it in dinner sized portions and freeze it, too many cookies...and don't want to eat them all? Freeze it!
Easy Appetizer that takes no time at all:
Sandwich Rollups
4 Flat Tortilla Wraps
2 Kinds of Deli Meat
2 Kinds of Cheese
Mustard, Mayo, or Whatever Spread You Like.
Spread the Spread on the Wrap, Add one Kind of Meat, and One Kind of Cheese.
Roll it Up and then Stick in the Oven Until Cheese Melts. Take out and Cut into Bite Size
Spirals. Throw on a Plate and Serve
